I’ve been feeling…different lately. Like I’m seeing the world in a new way, questioning things I never questioned before, and feeling a deeper connection to something bigger than myself. I’ve heard people talk about “spiritual awakenings,” and I’m wondering if what I’m experiencing might be something similar. But I don’t really know what that entails. So, considering that someone might be experiencing a profound shift in perspective, questioning their beliefs, and feeling a growing sense of interconnectedness, what are the common signs and symptoms of a spiritual awakening, encompassing emotional, mental, and physical manifestations, and how can one differentiate them from, say, a mid-life crisis or mental health issue that requires professional help? Also, are there different stages or levels to a spiritual awakening, and what might characterize each of those phases?
